This dealer is how car dealers used to operate many years ago and should be avoided!

I called to check the car was available before I made my trip, and when I arrived they had increased the screen price from that shown on their web-site. I should have known at this point!

The screen price was to include a life time warranty. However due to the price offered on my used car they worked it that I had to pay extra to obtain this level of peace of mind cover.

However when you need to make a claim when a major item fails of the car the dealer will refuse even to pay towards the cost of a repair and claim wear and tear and confirm that it was working when it left!

In the end I paid a reputable company to fix the problem and now another issue is found with the car and I already know what the response will be from Autoroute car centre.
