Flat Squirrel Scooter
Won't fix intermitent starting problem and claims there is nothing wrong

I purchased a used scooter with 100 miles on it. When I purchased it Flat Squirrel told me that they are a full service repair shop and would be able to service it. This scooter had the balance of a 2 year warranty on it (approximately 22 months). When I had put 100 miles on it, I was unable to start it. I left them a message (after hours) and the next day was able to get it to start. After a few days, again it would not start and I let them know and was able to start it later and brought it in for them to look at. They had it all day and was unable to replicate the problem and let me know that I may have been starting it incorrectly, instructed me again on how to start it and sent me on my way. Approx. A week later again it would not start, I gave it until the next day and when I still could not get it to start I contacted them. I was met with resistence and attitude when I suggested they tow it in without charge to me since they already had it in their shop for this problem and obviously it wasn't fixed. They agreed to pick it up on their next business day. Prior to this I was able to get it started and rode it for a few days and brought it in on a Wednesday. I also mentioned to them that I noticed that several of the running lights were working intermittently and maybe there was an electrical problem somewhere. Over the next few days I got no useful information from them except that they couldn't replicate the problem, their mechanic / owner then supposedly looked at it on Friday and Saturday and also couldn't get it to not start. I suggested again something electrical and to my knowledge they never checked out anything electrical or checked the starter. I finally retrieved the scooter and again a week later it is now not starting (all day tried 3 times) and I cannot find another shop that will service it. So basically I purchased a piece of crap that no one but them will service and that I can't use.
