Bill Smith lied to, ripped off conned

I bought a used 2000 Toyota Tundra from a Bill Smith at Drive Auto Center in Woodinville Washington for $13700. I found this truck on the internet and bought via phone, I then had the truck shipped to my home in Alaska. Bill Smith said that his mechanic had inspected truck and that it was in good condition.
When the truck arrived in Alaska the frame and bed mounts had severe rust holes and cracks that had been fiber-glassed over and painted black. The bed mount broke right away after getting the truck home. I took this truck to a local mechanic and removed said fiberglass exposing giant holes in the frame, some over a foot long, others wide enough to put a hand through. Truck was condemned as unsafe to drive by mechanics at Schaub Ellis due to severe rust fatigue through entire frame. I was driving my wife and 3 children in this vehicle. Bill Smith put my family in harms way.

I hired a lawyer to negotiate return of vehicle. Bill Smith (Drive Auto Center) agreed to take back the truck and return my money, so I sent truck back to Washington. When the truck arrived in Washington Bill Smith at Drive Auto Center said that I scratched truck and has refused to pay. I have shipping papers showing the scratching and holes in the top of the cab, when Bill Smith at Drive Auto Center delivered this truck to the barge line, with said holes and scratches, to ship to Alaska. I had not been concerned about scratches due to all the other more serious problems.

Bill Smith is trying to drive up my lawyer bills that are now over $4000. It has been 7 months and I am now out $19000. I am being forced to fly to Washington State to sue Drive Auto Center in Woodinville Washington in order to get my money back. Court date is still pending; all I wanted was my money back. This Bill Smith at Drive Auto Center seems like a real scum bag and con artist. I would not advise doing any business with Drive Auto Center in Woodinville Washington. They have been doing business with my money for 7 months.
Meanwhile, I am making loan payments on a replacement vehicle because I spent all my money on the truck that Drive Auto Center is holding hostage.
