Cracks in paint on limousine

My experience needs to be heard. I took my limo for a paint job. I was told it would take a few weeks, instead it was several weeks before It was finished. My car was left outside in the rain over the weekend with the windows removed.

That was my beginning experience. My car was constantly returned to have several issues corrected. Paint peeling, cracks, over spray, I fixed the trim that wasn't fastened back. After several trips back for repair they seemed to be willing to help resolve the problems but the poor quality of work that I received was constantly causing me to return the car.

The last time I took the car back I was told that they do not repair the old fiberglass and that I would need to take it to someone else. I spent 3,000.00 so far and a this point I am told I will need to have this repaired again.

On my last visit this location called me to inform me the car was ready, I went to pick the car up and the car was dirty, sanding dust all over the interior, the exterior was filthy, the tag wasn't even put back on. I was so upset that when the Manager offered to clean it I declined.

Customer service will not do anything about this so currently I have filed a report to the BBB, Consumer affairs, and this car is currently on display with a neon sign "work performed by Maaco, Frederick Md", this car can be seen on the streets in the city of Frederick Md.

I should have done my homework on this location, shame on me, shame on them for the lack of quality. If you have a problem with this company, good luck to you
