Complete Ripoff! Do Not Order from this site! No Customer Service

I ordered a complete Hid kit from these people and the battery relay harness. The harness was extra money along with the lifetime warranty.

In the description it states German made high quality. The kit is not high quality, nor is it German made. The realy harness was not complete, wires did not have a protective coat and to top it all off, it was the wrong relay harness!

Now the ballasts are a different story. One would not fire up at all. Soon as this happened I called their number but recieved a busy signal. All day long the line was busy! I used a service on my phone that would call until I recieved a answer. Each attempt was met with a busy signal. I did that for a week straight. I sent over 50 emails to the company's email address on there site but have yet to recieve an answer.

I have even sent the package back only to have sent back to me because there was no one at the address. This is just wrong on so many levels.
