I had been shopping for months for the perfect used car for my wife which is ever so hard to please but not impossible to please... Finally I had gained permission to use the dealers online auction to find the perfect little car... I called the manager of Prime Infinity who verified the equipment over the phone and checked the satisfaction rating and pulled the trigger... After hundreds of phone calls that never got returned I finally got the dealer himself on the line... I was totally shocked that the owner of such a company would go on record saying that he had no intention of making this issue right and that he preferred doing business on-line because it shielded him from responsibility for his advertising or his managers actions...

I was shocked that when told that I had all intentions of taking this to whatever level I had to to get justice he scoffed at me ad said that we would just have to work through the AGs office. He gamgled that I would just go away and don't have enough money or time to challenge him in court... Sadly he was right... Now I just have a pissed off wife and no money because this jack-ass straight up lied about his product on line and got premium price for a base car and the 2500 for an atty went for downpayment on a car that was clearly advertised with telescoping wheel (my wife cannot even drive the car because of her dissabilities), gps, satelite radio, and a few others that really dont add value... Do not purchase from these people or believe their lies they made their fortune the old fashioned way one screwed over client at a time and false advertising.
