AT&T Advertising Solutions are bate & switch artists. We are an autobody shop, we were listed on their website as engine rebuilders and transmission specialists, we do neither. They also gave a 15% discount coupon on their website for body work when it was never authorized... Even after we had a specific conversation about why I could not do that (legal issues with insurance deductibles). I was also told I could cancel whenever I wanted... Which I did in writing after the first month. The company employees seem more interested in their commision than in taking care of their customer. Nothing was delivered as promsied, extremely disappointed with AT&T, an old standard in American business. Anyone who is thinking about dealing with them should stay far away... And I for one will not deal with any division of AT&T in the future. Their corporate culture seems to promote this type of behavior since no one up the management ladder would help and gave me the same double talk.
