Sold me a vehicle with no catalytic convertor, check engine light on, as part of the deal company was supposed to fix the check engine light till they found that it was the convertor now refuses to fi

I bought a vehicle from Wheel Deals in Sierra Vista AZ, the check engine light was on and as part of the deal the dealer said he would fix it, when the dealer found out it was the catalytic convertor and the whole thing was missing, he will not fix even knowing he signed papers stating he would fix the check engine light.

I went to the dealer and told him I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and states attorney general and he said we have nothing to talk about.

So I have filed a complaint to the BB and the States Attorney Generals office.
