Defective product and non-existent customer service

The 110cc P60 ATV we bought for the boy from powersportsmax.com was shipped on 7/13, which he nevertheless was not able to experience. The laundry-list of issues with the crap product-we obtained include: a great audio & fireplace being released the best part of the engine, rear wheels do not function, key switch is faulty, front brake wire is dissolved from being wedged within the motor and also the battery wont keep billed. (Seems true secure to get a child to trip, does it not?!) although we must not need to be worried about troubleshooting a fresh item, my partner began prepared to achieve this. Nevertheless, after atleast 20-30 tried calls to customer support on 7/15,7/18,7/19,7/20,7/21 & 7/22, we've today found exactly what a terrible organization we created the error of coping with! No time before have I heard about customer support representatives holding on their clients, overlooking our telephone calls, and laying daily once they state their supervisor will-call back, which never occurs! They clearly don't understand what customer support is! Sadly, we didn't discover all the poor evaluations online regarding this laugh of the business till it had been too late! We have posted a to BBB and our charge card organization, but nonetheless fear that we might be out the cash invested we lost with this crap!
