Beware of Knights Collision towing Company

My name is Solomon,
I had an accident on the FDR south bound on 92 street, the police showed up to the scene and pushed me off the accident site, the car had tobe towed away because it was deemed not safe to drive, Knights collision showed up at the scene and asked if they can have the job, I went through the prices and he told me since its being towed within 10 miles the total fee will be $150.00 plus $35.00 for each day that it is on site, I agreed and gave him the keys and ok to tow,
I called the next morning to follow up and tell them that someone will be picking the car from them, I was put on hold many times by Nicole, they were trying to bully me into getting the car fixed there by their shop, they sent me an unrequested estimate for $5700.00 $150.00 for the towing service, when I told them that I checked into their companies reputation and its very negative, she said a manager will need to call me back, after not hearing from manger for a day, I kept on calling every hour and Nicole said he was busy with another customer until he finally came to the phone and started with the game again that I need to fix it there, I refused so he said that I can come pick up my car but would need to pay around $800.00 for the tow and he sent me an invoice for the amount of $759.40, I had no choice to get the car but to pay the amount they requested, other then we agreed for $150.00 which I have a receipt for from the driver that towed the car and from the estimate they sent me which I have not requested
This business is unfit to have a DCA Lice sense, and there record that they have is unfit for them to run a business.
I would appreciate if you can follow up and try to recoup my money of which they overcharged me by $609.40
