Selling trucks with no title and liens on them houston

Called about buying 2006 freightliner, stock number HOJ1562, vin number WO7834.
Salesmen rob told me trucks bought from repo company american equipment in nc and fl
but still trying to sell. LKQ doesnt care because company got signed letters saying
they have no lien.

I called dmv in nc and lady told me truck has lien against it from suntrust bank, i told her
lkq trying to sell. She reported matter to supervisor at dmv head qaurter, raliegh nc.

I told LKQ about this and they dont care. They are showing many other trucks
on website with no title and all bought from same company.

LKQ bought selling equipment from them other locations, CA, FL, NC.

This is bad business and not legal. Reporting to dmv in all state that show bought equipment from american equipment.
