I went to the Dicks in Vestal New York to get shoes for my son and daughter. We needed three pair of various sporting shoes as well as other things. There was only one clerk in the shoe department. His name is Dana. While I was very frusdtrated at the time it took to get what we needed I was amazed at how hard this young man worked to meet everyone's needs and stayed cheerful and respectful. He should be given a reward fo some type. I am staying a customer because of his attitude and service in spite of poor planning on the managers part.
