Cars & Transport

This started several years ago when a close friend of mine was selling his car as he did every few years to upgrade to a newer model and believe me when you get one of his cars its a cherry always spotless and always garaged, So i jumped on the chance it was a 2002 factory ordered Explorer Limited with every option available, It was $35,455 sticker price, he still had the sticker in the glove box, he had towels on the floor the plastic still on the radio, shiny gloss black paint that he had professionaly waxed and cared for, and approx 50,000 miles I belive this was 7, I asked his price he told me I think around 17,000 I bought it that day, took it home to my wife she loved it, It was always parked in the garage and I always kept it clean as a wistle I have always owned black vehicles and I know what it takes to keep them looking good, around 2009 I noticed spider veins looking things all over the hood appearing

I took it to local ford they said nothing they can do, ok i kindof thought not to big of a deal but then big pieces of the paint on the roof just flake off So I took it back they said normal and out of warranty, Normal? How could paint just flake off in 5" pieces be normal.
