DO NOT GET SERVICE at Berts, I took my quad there for complete service and valve adjustment, $550, first time out the motor blew apart, totally destroyed. The shop I took it to said both spark plugs were loose and it got it so hot the piston seized which took out the rod and crank. I took it back to Berts they had the service manager, Sean (who knows nothing
about customer service) tell me that the rod pin busted (he said very common in Yamaha) (why would I ever buy another?) and for me to pound sand they were taking no responsibility. These people are crooks and thieves. STAY AWAY FROM BERTS, there is a reason they have such a bad reputation, they deserve it.
