Ripoff took money for parts to a car that failed

I have been having problems with this company about getting a refund for a car part that went bad and i had to replace. I have spent over 2,000 dollars and the problem still was not fix. When i have took it to another repair shop they changer the distributer. Now that they -Family Auto A.K. A Napa is giving me a hard time getting a refund on this part. They are others like myself that has had complants about the company. I even went to the bbb and they did nothing.
