I reserved a cab for 6 am on 6/17 to make sure I would make my 730 am flight. This was my first time using the company. My address can be hard to find so I called several times to speak to someone regarding my reservation and no one EVER answered my call. On the day of my trip, I called to give specifics about my address and the operator was rude and abrupt. At 537 am I receive a text stating that my driver was on the way. 6am came and went and no one at the company answered my many calls. The driver did not get there until 630! At 642 am I get another text that says my cab may not be coming and I need to call the provider (after I barely made it to the airport). I almost missed my flight and I lost $20 for horrible service. I will NEVER use this company again and I will advise my friends to do the same.
