Www.killermotorsports.com Warranty Department is Horrible! They called me a liar

Buyers beware! I purchased a HiSun 700 from Killer Motor
Sports (KMS) on 4/20 & the winch did not function. I completed the
online warranty ticket & sent pictures of the pre-installed winch as
instructed. First I was told the replacement was on its way. Then I got an
email - I had to return the faulty unit first at my expense & a replacement
would be sent once the bad one was tested. I complained - the winch never used.
Finally, the warranty manager, Mike, spoke with his boss, & KMS emailed me
a pre-paid shipping label. After a few days, Mike noted on the warranty ticket
he received the winch & they were currently out of 3500 winches &
wanted to know if Id accept a 2500 or wait for the 3500's to arrive. I said Id
wait for the 3500. Mike emailed - he had spoken with his boss who said the
HiSun comes standard with a 2500, not a 3500. I insisted the winch I returned was
indeed the winch pre-installed on the HiSun I received from KMS. Mike accused
me of sending a broken winch other than what came with the HiSun. I assured him
I did nothing of the sort & referred him to the pictures. He said the
original pictures did not come through & he was taking my word that the
winch was bad. He asked me to send the original pictures again. I asked for his
direct email address. On 6/11, I sent Mike the original pictures and others
of the blank space where the winch was originally mounted. On 6/13, I called
Mike to verify receipt. He said he hadnt had a chance to check his email yet,
but then told me that he showed his boss
the photos & said the winches they sell dont have a picture of a 4-wheeler.
Mike again accused me of trying to switch winches. I told him to refer to the
mounted & un-mounted pictures I sent. He said, pictures dont prove
anything & that I could have installed the 3500 on the HiSun just for the
pictures. Frustrated, I told him to send me a new 2500 & Id be done with
KMS forever. Buyers beware!
