Well, another you-wont-believe-it moment~! I gave my car to Handford Automotives in London ON to have the rad serviced. While in their care, my car was vandalized. The front drivers side panel now has a huge dent with the remnants of a nice footprint on it. Their explanation... Well thats too bad, it is your responsibility to leave the car in our care!

First off, I should mention, I originally went to the BBB to acquire this companys name and address (I was burned a couple times before this, so I decided to use the BBB to not make future mistakes). Another mistake... NEVER USE THE BBB! They do not serve the purpose to look out for the customer as expected! The BBB actually said, "its an issue for the courts to decide", and continued with, "they are still a stand up company in the eyes of the BBB". Hello??? Isn't that the reason I should use the BBB in the first place? To keep me out of court with some loser company?

My question now is, what the h*l is the BBB there for? If one goes to them for information on a good outstanding company only for them to lie about whether the company at question is a good company or not. They could have complaints against them and still be on the BBB's accredited company list! Wheres the logic in that?!?

Now I understand why the BBB is not such a reputable company. Again never use the bbb~!
