Vesta Inc Real sour taste in my mouth from being sold a lemon!

Yea bought a 2000 deville cadillac from these guys and 20 minutes after leaving lot the car overheats i pull over and had it towed back to Dave the owner / manager. He calls me the next day and says nothings wrong with the car and he put a new thermostat in. So i come pick the car up two days later and I get on the road 20 mins and the car over heats again. I get it told to the cadillac dealer this time and they tell me I have a blown head gasket and quoted me 11 k to fix the car. WOW so I call Dave and he said I blew the gasket... Yea right. Paid 4 thousand for the car and was told i need 11k if I want to drive it. So I have my own mechanic look at it. And he checks the thermostat and it doesnt even have 1 in there after he supposedly changed it. I strictly asked him to sell me a car that works money was not the issue. Do not buy a car from these guys they will steal your money and lie to you and over charge you!
