Stole Refundable Deposit

Horrible experience with Dana Ford. Went there, created a on the vehicle. Determined we needed a fully loaded vehicle, they did not contain it in stock, or did they understand once they'd contain it in stock. We requested for the deposit back (bear in mind it was funeral day weekend) plus they stated the "methods were along and also to return 24 hours later." We returned plus they DECLINED to provide us our deposit. BEWARE! They're criminals!!! DON'T PUT MONEY DOWN!

We handled Michael Cost as our salesman, Joe (manager) and Dave (manager) We also talked with Douglas Hansen, and he was super rude and unhelpful.
