I called in again sometime later when I didn't get no reaction from anybody and was informed the charm about the good have been rejected which was it. They'd not provide me grounds why it had been rejected.

I had been informed by Ryan the official must have quit the hold on for atleast 10-15 minutes, however the hold was removed in under 10 minutes.
