R & K Towing Service, LLC is a rip-off! The wife is nasty and un-professional with her attitude and words. She threatens the customer! AARP Allstate roadside assistance should not use this company ever!
The wife threatens to cancel the call because the owner of the vehicle wants to know the reason for the 3 hour delay!?! The customer has the right to know where their car is! If this chick keeps talking to the customers this way, she won't have to worry about cancelling any calls because there won't be any to cancel!
I feel bad for the driver that he has to put up with this company! He needs to go find another reputable company to work for.
DOT will need to do a spot check on this company! I don't trust R & K at all!
