R Bryan Otte Do NOT contract with this man!

I found R. Bryan Otte Mobile Munchies on Craigslist, advertising custom concession builds. This guy is a small town scammer! I am now having to hire professionals to redo his work. He is not a plumber or an electrician and doesn't seem to have a clue what he is doing. I wouldn't doubt if I was the first truck this guys ever done, he claims he lost all pictures and contact info of previous work in a computer crash... Hmmmm. He is now using pictures of my truck as an example of his work, if you see pink accents thats my truck.

Had a custom mobile concession truck built by him, the list of problems is endless. Talks a good talk and makes things look pretty but the truck is not functional. Plumbing is not operational first and foremost. The sink was built in front of the oven placement, obviously didn't measure ahead of time because now the oven doors can not open fully, due to the sink placement. The sink and plumbing will all need to be redone.

Claimed he would customize the concession window to my height, its way too high up, can not reach the window to shut it. He also claimed he would install items that I purchased for the truck, but did not.

When I went to have my generator installed, the shop also questioned the shoddy electrical job done. Still need to get that checked. When I brought up all these problems to him he said he would not deal with me, that I would need to sue him and he sent several threathening text messages to me.

Worst mistake hiring this man! Very costly and time consuming. Save yourself the cost, time and aggravation and hire a professional. Not a backyard so called mechanic.
