Carmax auto superstore carmax puts profits before employee families, mandatory night shift, employees making critical errors on car repairs, profits before quality

Former employee of carmax of 10 yrs, was a great company years ago but has been becoming a terrible place to work for, they recently made their techs work a night shift that revolves every 2 months, on nights for 1 month, on days for 2 months, were told to do it or find another job, employees are getting seperated from there families for a month, writing people up for complaining about it. Most of the employees are not happy, hard on the families, hard on the body, techs are making mistakes working on cars, they recently wrote-up 3 techs for leaving caliper bolts loose, could be dangerous situation. Also doing cost cutting which in my opinion is affecting the quality of the cars. I would think twice before buying from them right now!
