Just Brakes
Bait and Switch

Was given the $99.95 estimate for a Suburban. After completely dismantling the brakes, it was $795, beginning with $129 for the rear brakes. When I asked about the "all four brakes" I was told that did not apply to my car. I asked why I was given the $99.95 in the first place when they knew when I drove in in a Suburban that it would not be $99.95. Lots of BS later, I left and got a great job done at NTB for $125.

I filed with the BBB and got a bogus response from the company basically calling me stupid and for not understanding brake systems. Do not go there!
