Warrenty was not Refunded

Bought warranty on new Ford Escape bought from Dan Wiebold Ford in Nampa, California. The guarantee was around 1800.00. We were informed if we didn't utilize it we'd have it returned to us. We didn't make use of the guarantee so when the full time was up we submitted all of the paperwork, we actually visited Dan Wiebold plus they offered us the right paperwork to submit to Signet. We got all of the images they needed and adopted the directions carefully. After no reimbursement we named the organization and we were informed it'd be sent the following month. Nevertheless no reimbursement than we named again and were informed it'd be sent in fourteen days. It's about 4 weeks later with no reimbursement. We will have been informed in the organization ostensibly that they're declaring bankruptcy and we shall not be obtaining a return. It'd be good when the car retailers examined these businesses out better before providing them to thier clients. The corporation is negative information
