Coned hard working person out of $200.00

I signed my husband up for his car to get fixed, after he was in a car accident. All i had to do was pay a start up fee of $200.00, so we payed and was told if we arent satified we could get our money back.

Within 30 days my husband and myself changed our minds and asked for a refund of our money, we were told that it would be mailed out 4-2-11 and would get it within a week, it is now 5-2-11 and havent seen our refund.

They keep giving us the run around, we were told 3 times that they mailed out our refund, And all 3 times we havent seen the money. About a week and half ago is when they stopped email and calling me back.
