A typical service with the oil additive lucas. When getting a service with lucas you are short a gallon of oil that comes with that service. You will then recive a gallon of oil for compensation. The company charges for the gallon of oil, but tells the customer it will be couponed off for inventory reasons. But it is not all couponed off. The trick is the customer sees the listed price for the oil and services on his/her invoice but the tax is not couponed off. People shouln't be charged for oil they own. This has been going on for almost a decade now.
