Referred here by my insurance claims agent after an accident. One first arrival, customer service was poor, but I figured its just Miami... Its always poor.

This was beyond poor. Would not return calls after date I was supposed to have repairs completed, did not fix everything, and charged more than they said they would. The items that were fixed were done so poorly. Do not take pride in their work, and when I asked about a missing part "you should go to the dealership and get it yourself." When asked about why my car didn't drive correctly or certain functions didnt work (that worked before, even after the accident "we were not responsible for fixing that."

Really, really bad business, quality, and service. Could not caution against using these guys more strongly. Do not let them continue to gouge unsuspecting customers. DO NOT give them your hard earned money only to have them do a poor job on your car.
