Buyer beware!

Steer away from this dealership! I have never experienced such a lack of customer service or satisfaction as I did at this dealer. They are the epitome of sleazy used car salesmen.

I purchased a vehicle that started having squealing, chirping tires 5 hours after we drove off the lot. When I brought it back less than 24 hours after the purchase, the general manager, Scott, was incredibly condescending ("Do you know what As Is means?") and he did not even want to take a look at the vehicle or offer to correct the issue. I wanted to return the vehicle, which of course, they did not allow me to do (they would not even consider taking it back and allowing me to exchange for another vehicle on their lot!) Pennsylvania is not one of the states that provides the consumer protection of the 3-day right of rescission, although, there are reputable dealers that provide this policy on their own without it being mandated by law — however, Faulkner-Ciocca is NOT one of them.

Scott, the GM did eventually indicate that he was willing to have it serviced if I PAID for it. As I was not going to give another dime to this company, I took it to my own mechanic and found that Faulkner-Ciocca had improperly installed brake pads which was the cause of the noise.

I have never experienced such a lack of concern over customer satisfaction from a company. They sell cars with shoddy service to unwary consumers and clearly have no care or concern about the safety of their vehicles, satisfied customers or return business. They've permanently lost any future business from me and I would encourage others to go elsewhere if they want to have any rights or value as a consumer!
