Not receiving mail, poor rude behavior by post maste

Posted paperwork for brand new company area at Edinburg postoffice. It's been 8 weeks and we still haven't gotten our email. I visited Edinburg Postoffice for a reason of why we've not gotten our email. We're a Medical equipment service and use government and state organizations. I had been known the Edinburg Post-Master, he not just was really rude, but had bad customer support abilities for that place he keeps. He didn't solve the problem and in addition he didn't provide me our email. He continued to express that somebody might provide me a phone.
