I am a full time student at asu and i also work part time and i borrowed $4000.00 from my mom to buy a reliable vehicle. I bought a 1988 nissan 4x4 from goldcrest services in phoenix. Three days after i bought it it broke down. After having two mechanics look at it it was diagnosed that it needed $3000.00 worth of work to get it running right. I took it back to the place i bought it from and they said they would fix it. Now they are accusing me of driving the truck into a lake or river, which is not true. Now they will not give me the truck back until i pay for everything. I do not even want the truck back i just want my money back and they will not cooperate with me at all.
