Scammer trying to threaten and use any leverage to get more money and has no sense for decency, no care for anything

I hired this guy to take 2 boats to Galveston, Texas from Ca. We agreed on a price and he was given part payment.
He arrived in Galveston with boat 1 too late to make it to port that closes at 4.30 due tue flat tires he had to fix.
Instead of putting the boat at a safe Marina I had suggested to him over the weekend, he just left it in a parkinglot, without asking anybody permission and not even taking down the address!
Then he left and went back to Cali to get boat 2.

His famous blue van broke down on the way to Galveston for the second time, so he had another guy come to him with another van to tow the boat the rest of the way and give him parts for his van. Now hes turning around back home. When driver 2 gets to Galveston it is, of coarse, again too late.
This whole time I have been worried sick about boat1 that he just left for almost a week unattended and unlocked!
