Mike Carlton, Mike Cash Recovery Agent/Repo Man, misappropriated 90k, left investors broke! Looking for new investors BEWARE!

In Sept Mike Casillas of Fond du Lac, Wi had contacted myself and another party about a repossession/towing company business investment. He (Mike Casillas), claimed he had a lot of business, and with our investment would purchase 2 additional repo trucks, and that the two investors would operate those vehicles. We gave him $35,000 cash each, and another investor (who we did not know about till just recently) gave him $20,000 cash, equalling $90,000.

Mike travelled to Michigan and Alabama to purchase these two trucks... Which he said he paid $15-$18k per truck. I found receipts that said otherwise. He paid about $16,000 for both.
By the end of 2009 (3months), Mike had spent approximately $78,000. Money had been coming in, but no bills were being paid, and no money in checkbook or savings. When we had questions when our taxes were to be done, he just kept stalling us. Finally when they (tax-returns) did show up we were astounded.

I took off a couple days from work (while Mike Casillas) was on vacation in Texas. Paid for by our money. I took that time to look at all the books. We had no money left. He owed approximately $10,000 in fuel costs, paid no phone bills. Basically he paid no bills for the entire year. We were racking up late charges and returned check charges on a alarming rate.

We had plenty of money being made from accounts repoing vehicles so there is only one other way money was disappearing. He stold it! Plain and simple. We said we were going to the police... He gave us more shares and said he would make it "right". He never did. We got attorneys, went to police (which said we had a solid case), but then said it's civil.

We then start seeing in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel more adds for a Repossession Company looking to expand—need investors $200k. It was Mike Casillas again. And he had no company to expand on.

I contacted a local TV station, but as of now, I have not heard a response. Mike Casillas is currently working with PITBULL RECOVERY, (which is not in anyway associated with Mike Casillas in this circumstance). I would appreciate anyone familiar with "Pitbull Recoveries", that they could definately share this information with them... So they know what kind of person they have there.

Mike Casillas is a CON-MAN. I have heard it from a lot of people (I wish they would have told me before). Live and learn... My wife and I just want our $35k back... He sunk us.
