Upon the initial meetings and correspondance things almost appeared to be legitimate. But within the coarse of 12 months I was made multiple promises, with promissed deadlines. Only to be hustled out of 25,000.00 And A Custom Jack Daniels Chopper.initially recieved motorcycle with a 8000.00 dollar balance due to Exotix. After futher discussions and a change in design (a california chopper does not cut it with pot holes in Boston) So I returned bike pre paid freight along wire another bank wire for 8000.00 only to be made broken promisses by Jack and wife Kim.

After my nerves getting the best of me I flew to Florida was entertained by his wife Kim, during the meeting he was not able to meet with me. ALL I had seen of him was jacket on and exit out the back door of shop. So totaled I was out 15k 8K plus shipping twice for freight 1300.00 each. The next time I called shop Amazing the phone was disconnected! I tried calling Florida Attorney Gen Office, Sec of State (of Florida) and was informed there was not much I could do!!! Bank wired funds, more then 2 people conspiring to commit a crime, and Fraud. I have been in Bussiness for more then 25 years in the State of Massachusetts and have never ever thought the State could not protect the rights of a state of Florida lisensed business??
