I recently switched in my own Truck which arrived from rent. Upon return of the automobile, the seller informed me that I'd get a statement within the email from Chrysler Financial for that disposition charge. Six-days after I switched in my own automobile I obtained an extremely rude phone from Chrysler Economic challenging that I spend the $425 submit charge within the telephone giving them my charge card info. Therefore I'd like to understand this right, for that previous three years I Have settled each and every statement promptly and provided them over 15K to generate the Truck. And before that I'd another Truck... Therefore for 6 decades, I Have been a faithful, paying client. And today, they contact and frighten me, in the place of delivering a statement? I can not think the corporation gets away with this particular kind of conduct. I talked having a boss and he kept saying "this really is our plan mam, to gather bad debts — we-don't need to deliver you a statement. You ought to have settled the submit charge whenever you switched inside your automobile (that will have now been good, if somebody might have described this)." Never, actually rent an automobile from Truck or Chrysler... They must be embarrassed.
