03-18 i sent a package to Mexico to my sister in-law via Global Express. Through the post office they charge me 194.50. That package was returned to my house on 03-19 saying it can't be delivered apparently Fed Ex knows what type of items can be delivered and which ones can't. Nobody inform me that i can't sent those items. It is not my fault that the desk person which is really nice she was not well train because i specifically said in writing all items and where they where made. On 03-21 i went personally to the post office and i talk to the desk person and she sent me with the manager and i ask her that the package was not sent to its destination that it wast sent back to me. She said it is not their fault and that i will not get any money back. I ask her to talk to another supervisor and she said she was the post master there was nobody above her and i ask her for another person to talk to above her and she gave me the regular post office number. That lady is really mean and evil i'm sorry for expressing this words. She didn't help me. She had a bad attitude the way she said it all. I was so upset up to now i'm still sad it not fair. If any other supervisor from the post office could help me please do i need help! Thank You
