I accept all of the grievances about that firm's bad customer support, horrible enterprise, and misleading techniques. They're NOT worth whatever cash you may conserve (and also you wont save significantly), and of course the truth that they cheated me into spending $9.95 per month after I'd never examined any containers to be always a participant. Completely untrustworthy.
