Looks like a new startup but might not have the financial backing that the owner is stating. The company calls up stating that you are a candidate to be National Sales Director. Email states that I am taking personal risk by having you interview with the president of the company.

Then the scam startes by going thru the interview and everything looks like this is a w-2 job but after the whole process is finished you find out that they are hiring everyone on a 1099 and want you to BUY their product.

Don't know if the product works or no but if you have to sell the product to your National sales director and the only way you can work for the company is to buy the product, then he has just violated HR practices and federal law in many of the states.

I think Monster, Careerbuilder and others should be notified about their hiring practices.
