AIC Kia of Manassas
Paid for Brake Job, 2 hrs later and Brake pad not put on!

I possess a Kia Sedona, I got it into AIC HONDA of Manassas for an Oil-Change and heres what happened. It got the technician (Mike Minnick) one hour to complete the oil-change. They stated it required front brake parts, i questioned just how long plus they stated a maximum of 1-hour, i said okay. It got Paul 2hrs to displace the brake parts, i discovered he appeared more worried about smoking his cirggeretts than focusing on my vehicle. I quit the dealer and observed something wrong after I push about the brake pedal... Used to do not feel just like he understood what he was doing this i got it towards the layer outside to possess them examine the job. Paul the Machanic set among the brake parts on backwards (THE VAN DIDN'T WISH TO STOP!!!). Thank goodnesss my children weren't with me and thank heavens I did so discover before anthing main happended. Please on your own safety-do not consider your vehicle there for repair.
