Did more than $600.in unauthorized repairs (oil change, tune-up, new battery, etc)!

I went to Beltsville Garage because it waa a local business that has been around for a long time. Without my authorization, Dennis added an oil change, tune-up, and a new battery to my unrelated repair, costing me about $600.00 more than I expected. He offered to take out the new battery and spark plugs - really?

I needed my car back and he had me over a barrel. At the time, I was being treated for breast cancer and had over $15,000.in medical bills. My tears did not move him (although it did move the receptionist, but she had no power). I will never, ever, go back there again
