Ripoff, misrepresentation, deceit, lied, cost money, didn't ill out paperwork on trade in

If your trading in a vehicle at there dealership and live in california be very careful, they tell you that you don't have to pay taxes on your trade in making it sound like a good deal.

Secondly, after purchasing a car from there location I was able to get a better rate at my credit union. They told me that I was going to have to pay them 500 bucks if I did not use there financing. They insisted on me using only there financing.

Third, they tell you they need your credit card to complete the deal, they charged my card 1000 bucks and yet it does not show up on any contracts forms or paperwork.in there words, "this is needed to complete the deal."

Fourth, they say that you won't need to do anything but pay the registration when you register the car. Absolutely flat out lie, If you bring a car into california, even if it has the california emissions stickers, you will still need a smog check and also need to have the car weighed at a certified scales.

When I bought the car, on the contract it even asked where your residence is and also they take a photo copy of your california drivers license. So there is no mistaken identity as to where the car is going to go. When california raised its registration fees, Bradley ford flat out lied and ripped people off. I got left with huge added taxes at the dmv, weight charges, smog inspections, and a huge hassle.
