Sent broken and never sent correct parts

I ordered a bumper cover, splash guard, and temperature sensor.
The bumper cover was broken and not serviceable, and shipped in a plastic bag.
I never received the splash guard and temperature sensor.
After calling about 15 times to resolve everything, I was told that they would refund my money via check. Twice. Never did get the check and never received the parts.
I would never recommend shopping with Vines unless you want to battle it out with your Credit Card company for a reimbursement. I would also throw in that Bank of America doesn't side with the card holder either.
