Rock Road Car Wash Horrible service, run by people that look like ex convicts

I took my car to Knipps for a full package detail. When I picked it up, there was copious finishing polish all over the car. The wheels still had residue on them, the tire bright was not consistent, and the whitewalls still had grime on them.

In short the "details" were left out of this detail. When explaning this to the manager and showing him the polish would wipe off, his response was that he didn't care and did not want any more of my business.

I would also add that when I picked up my car it looked like a gang banger convention in front of his business. Loud blaring rap music, punks with pants below their cracks, etc. I advised Jeff Knipp that this was extremely unprofessional. His only reply was "He spent six hours on the car."

I had used his services in the past and was quite pleased. He has really went into the gutter. The only redeeming quality is he didn't make me pay for this "service", but took it out on me. I would have gladly paid, had he just said he was sorry and made it right.

Do not take your car here. The service is horrible, and the employees are scary to say the least. They all looked like they just got out of the pen.
