They have ZERO customer service. I ordered 2 conversion kits for my car and one of them died, so i tried calling their customer service number, and it NEVER rings, and it ALWAYS hangs up on you before talking to someone. ALSO their contact us email, NEVER gets answered. I am currently filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as I write this.
