Late and Rude

OUR taxi was designed to pickmeup at 7am on February 17 but didn't appear until 7:33 in the problem of the dispatcher. After I named the dispatcher to ask why my taxi was overdue, she was really rude and instantly place me on-hold but didn't actually go back to the point. I extended to call-back but she'd not get the point. I eventually got through whenever a new worker responded. I told him what occurred and he assured me that anything could be completed. I called back on Friday the 21st of Feb to check out-on my criticism and also the same worker that certain me anything could be done, ostensibly guaranteed me that nothing could be done. He explained that since the rude worker approached another taxi organization to choose me-up, they werent ready to provide me a return. Our criticism is the fact that I named Alamo taxi organization to choose me-up and due to a error on the component, they'd to out-source to a different organization but I had been not educated of the error or that which was being completed to repair it before very last second.in addition to that, the dispatcher had the audacity to become unpleasant in my experience when she was to blame. I'd like a complete reimbursement for several of my difficulty.
