They say its not possible to get a refund and wont come out to try and repair

I settled £146.99 to get a 2-seater ride-on for my kids for holiday they liked it. We applied it twice also it wouldnt work I'd it in my own home constantly. E mailed them-and they responded having a listing of probable problems about 12 as a whole and questioned me to check on for several them-and respond. I experienced it was peculiar but made it happen anyhow without any outcome it still didnt work. They today state its difficult to obtain a reimbursement and don't emerge to restore. Our two kids observe vehicle every single day and cry to make use of it-how low may a business proceed so what can I actually do?
