Rip off and rude reps

Requested material in June which went well-but in December and Dec began receiving material used to donot purchase with costs on my charge card. Delivered them unopened. Nevertheless do not have credit. They just wish to credit me the particular price, not delivery or charge card interest received. Attempted to go over with boss and was hung-up on twice. Last representative was beyond rude and condescending. He explained, " should you choosenot obtain the credit in your next statement, you have to contact your creditcard lender. You do understand what a lender is, not?" be careful should you purchase from these men.
