Does not do a full 125 point inspection as stated

Purchased a vehicle on Jan 20.4 days later, tie-rods changed and positioning required. 1 week later rear axle flow. All allegedly examined during 125 stage CQI examination. Support mngr informs me they really donot examine anything until specialist seems the requirement. How will you examine tie-rods or positioning without raising car up or wearing positioning device? Had these issues been completed, additionally they might have observed rear axle flow. Spoken to Support supervisor and he informs me I aggrevated the axle flow by towing a 1000 pound truck 3 miles. Named Client no support. No aid. Is likely to be speaking with lawyer next
