Be sure to check the mileage on the brand new car you purchase. Even though the paperwork states 15 miles, they car they give you may have an excess of 500 miles on it. This happened to us when purchasing through Joe Rizza Kia in Orland Park, IL. As soon as we were driving away we noticed the excessive mileage and called many times to complain, later writing letters, etc - all without any restitution. They simply do not care once the car is off the lot! Have since purchased another Kia yet certainly NOT from Joe Rizza. Buyer beware!!
